after a week of eating healthy and working out, i sabatoged my diet with a trip to taco bell.
oh,ps, i learned the origin of "sabatoge"
french, obviously, but it comes from the french word "sabot" which are those wooden shoes that the froggies wear. the loomers and weavers were not gonna let some huffing puffing machine of the Industrial Revolution replace them and their intricately working looms. oh no. they threw their sabots, and probably other people's sabots as well, into the machines. the machines ate them. and got one hell of a belly ache.
