hell phone band wagon

ok, so i've been proudly sucking up the dirty bits of dust left by the whirring wheels of the cell phone band wagon for a few years now as i have been walking slowly behind it.i never was going to be on that crowded rude band wagon of cell phone hoes. today, though, it seemed as i tripped into new brunswick, the band wagon took off full force and i could no longer see the waving hands of familiar friends.instead, i saw streets, construction workers drilling to the sound of their own fervent thoughts of going home, college kids, beer cans strewn about the streets, and too many grease trucks (i'll talk about those nasty things later.)in other words, i was violently lost. as i was walking around cluelessy, the thought of finding that cell phone bandwagon was equally important as finding rachel.
i can assure you i am a pro at getting lost.
lost in my car, lost in my shoes, lost in my head
having an accessible outlet to the outside world tucked in my pocket sounds very comforting. PLUS i really want my ringtone to be saved by the bell. and when JUDY calls- it will be the jaws theme
or the funeral procession by TCHAIKOVSKY. (is that the famous one? i think chopin did one too)
cell ohone, hell phone
love it.

yeah, i get you. or more like THEY get you. cell phones blow, man. it always rings at the wrong time in public when you thought you turned it off and once someone knows your cell phone numer, there's no way of escaping them in a congenial way.

fucken a, man. how did we get to this place?
